SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is done on Tuesday and Friday via UPS (ground) and insured.
Seller will notify customer via e-mail when purchase has been sent and the projected delivery date.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Satisfaction to the customer is 100% guaranteed.
If item(s) arrive damaged, customer should immediately notify seller via e-mail and ship back to seller. Full amount of purchase price, plus shipping and handling, will be refunded to customer. Also, the cost of shipping back to seller will be refunded. This will be done through PayPal. If customer prefers another method of refund, please provide a telephone number where seller may reach the customer.
All other returns will be on a 30-day basis, no questions asked. Please notify seller by e-mail of customer's desire to return item. Customer will bear the cost of shipping back to seller. Upon receipt by seller of item(s) purchased by customer, the full amount paid by the customer (purchase price plus original shipping and handling costs) to seller will be refunded through PayPal. If customer prefers another method of refund, please indicate this in the e-mail to seller, along with a telephone number where customer may be reached.
Seller asks that customer shipping any returns do so in the original packing material.
